What we collect

Business name, contact name, email, phone, store and shipping address, and — where you provide them — EIN and resale certificate number. We also record what you order and what you view on the site.

Why we collect it

To approve trade accounts, price and ship orders, collect payment, handle returns, and meet our tax and record-keeping obligations. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with other retailers.

Payment data

Card details are handled by our payment processor. Tressmax stores only the card brand and the last four digits — never the full number.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and to hold your cart. No advertising trackers.

Your choices

Email orders@tressmax.com to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about your business, subject to records we're required to keep for tax purposes.
